Quantity Surveying Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation.
Main Tasks:- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
