Job Responsibilities

As a Building and Quantity Surveying Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial interests of our delivery team. Your key responsibilities will include identifying risks, liabilities, and commitments contained within contractual agreements.

You will also be responsible for sub-contract management, enquiry, subcontract drafting, measure, valuation agreement & payment, and commercial support to other business departments.

The ideal candidate will have multi-discipline experience as a Quantity Surveyor working in the construction industry and a strong understanding of operations and maintenance contracting.
