About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Planning Specialist to join our team at Linear Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the pre-contract tender team and contributing to the development of bid-winning methods of construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, a minimum of an HNC qualification, and experience working on site. You should also be proficient in programming software such as Asta or Microsoft Project.

In this role, you will work closely with the tender team to develop detailed project plans, identify potential risks, and ensure that all possible alternative methods and strategies have been considered. You will also assist with bid writing and provide advice and assistance on planning, programming, methods of construction, and solutions to engineering problems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
