About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of PiP's clients. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer service experiences and providing valuable insights to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mystery shop evaluations and monitor the performance of mystery shoppers
  • Report any issues to the appropriate Manager/Supervisor
  • Use PiP's bespoke internal management software to record results and attach media
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Good communication skills

Contract Type and Hours

Office hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of overtime. PiP operates a weekly rota and can be flexible with hours. This position is offered on a zero-hour contract due to experiencing a few quieter periods throughout the year, but there are ample opportunities to move to a part or full-time contract in the future.
