About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of PiP's mystery shopping program. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer experiences and providing valuable insights to improve sales and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of mystery shopping experiences
  • Monitor the performance of mystery shoppers and identify areas for improvement
  • Report any issues or concerns to the relevant manager or supervisor
  • Utilize PiP's internal management software to record results and attach relevant media
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Type and Hours

The position is offered on a zero-hour contract, with the possibility of overtime. PiP operates a weekly rota and can be flexible with hours. There are opportunities to move to a part or full-time contract in the future.
