Part-time Registered Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing nursing care to residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Working collaboratively with the management team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care is being provided.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of care policies and procedures.
- Active NMC registration (PIN number) and a right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
