Rate: £20.85 - £21.35 per hour

About the Role

This is a busy and rewarding nursing role that offers the autonomy to care for our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring residents' health, administering medication, and providing detailed handovers to the team. You will work closely with the management team and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care.

We are looking for a qualified nurse with an active NMC registration and a right to work in the UK. You will be flexible, organised, and hardworking, with a caring attitude and a desire to work as part of a dedicated team. Your role will be to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor residents' health and administer medication as required
  • Provide detailed handovers to the team on the next shift
  • Work with the management team and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care
  • Enable residents to fully participate in decisions affecting their lives, embracing the philosophy of person-centred care
  • Ensure all options are explored to meet residents' decisions and choices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active NMC registration (PIN number)
  • A right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility, organisation, and hard work
  • A caring attitude and a desire to work as part of a dedicated team
