Role Responsibilities- Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring they adhere to organisational policies.

- Health and Wellbeing: Monitor health needs and lead the team in reporting any changes.

About the Role
- Contract Duration: Full-time (40 hours)
- Shift Schedule: 7am – 11pm, including weekends
- On-Call Participation: Essential for the role
Key Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and related conditions
