We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Seymour House, providing exceptional care and support to our residents in Chippenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, including washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use. You will also assist with daily routines, promoting independence and enabling our residents to live fulfilling lives.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also possess a compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating a genuine care for our residents' needs.

The salary for this position is £12.20 per hour, with opportunities for weekend enhancements. We offer 28 days' holiday (pro rata) and a comprehensive induction program, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
