About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service to our visitors.

As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our property retail operation, ensuring it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors' expectations. You will monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximizing our profitability and income.

You will also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff, working effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.
