Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a Retail Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the property to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
