Job Title: Retail Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Manager to join our team. As a Retail Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock
  • Conduct stock takes and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
