About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Team Leader. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success and delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of the property retail operation to achieve commercial success and exceed visitor expectations.
  • Monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example in maximizing profitability and income.
  • Supervise paid and voluntary retail staff, working effectively with colleagues to deliver great service to visitors and promote the property's sense of place.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the retail experience, driving sales and revenue growth.
