Clinical Environment Support Specialist

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Environment Support Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, dedicated to delivering outstanding healthcare services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the trust, working closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the highest standards are met. Main duties include:
- Vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning/damp dusting
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Emptying bins
- Using mechanical floor cleaning machines
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, with a focus on teamwork, good communication skills, and the ability to use your own initiative. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days' annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and weekend enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, as well as previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of COSHH, induction, and on-going training would be an advantage.
