Customer Service Liaison Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at PA Housing.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will act as PA Housing's ambassador, providing key support to customers and service providers throughout major works carried out in and around customers' homes.
You will be responsible for building strong links with residents, identifying their needs and special requirements, and referring any concerns to the Tenancy Solutions team.
In addition, you will lead on community investment and resident involvement work with partnering contractors, delivering social value and working closely with safer neighbourhood teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with residents to understand their needs and preferences
- Liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
- Identifying and referring anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and vulnerable residents to the Tenancy Solutions team
- Leading on community investment and resident involvement work with partnering contractors
- Working with safer neighbourhood teams and external agencies to deliver planned and major works
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to GCSE-level standard (grade A-C) or equivalent experience
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Customer Service
- Knowledge of managing contractors and suppliers
- Complaint resolution and experience of complaint management systems
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
