Care Assistant Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care, as outlined in their care plan
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caring for older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
