Bank Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and autonomy.
About the Role
- Deliver person-centered care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident, while maintaining a strong focus on resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that prioritize their health, wellbeing, and happiness, ensuring seamless communication among caregivers.
- Administer medication accurately and maintain comprehensive records, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them, safeguarding resident safety and comfort.
- Support residents with daily needs, empowering them to maintain independence and engage in activities that promote their overall quality of life, while also promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive excellence in care delivery, continually improving our services and responding to emerging needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and support, while also meeting organizational standards and expectations.
- Supervise and train care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and risk assessments, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient service delivery, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any concerns or issues related to resident care or safety, acting promptly to address them and prevent harm, while also maintaining open communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in care principles and practices, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and empathy, while also promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.
- Good understanding of care planning processes and procedures, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with precision and compassion, while also meeting organizational standards and expectations.
- Able to administer medication and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices, while also prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to ensure seamless care delivery and respond to emerging needs, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
