We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic ODP or Anaesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic theatre team in Scarborough and Bridlington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.
About the Role- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting positive relationships between staff members.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: £34,500 - £45,451 per annum, based on national averages, plus a range of benefits, including access to the NHS Pension Scheme, paid holidays, and training opportunities.
