Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is a part-time position working afternoons only, focusing on supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide tailored pastoral support for children with SEMH needs, ensuring their well-being and emotional development are a priority.
  • Complete Early Help assessments to identify and address the needs of students and their families.
  • Work closely with families, building positive relationships and ensuring they have the support they need to help their child thrive both in and out of school.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEMH needs. You will be a compassionate and dedicated individual who can build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Benefits:
