Job Description

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with their daily living needs. This will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and develop personalized plans to support them in achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible in their approach.

This role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour and a 21-hour workweek. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to our library of learning through our e-portal, travel schemes, and paid sick leave.
