We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at Humankind. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering learning interventions that focus on substance misuse and complex needs. Your primary objective will be to educate and support individuals in prevention, education, and promoting pathways into our recovery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver learning interventions that are tailored to the needs of our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Provide education and support to individuals on substance misuse and complex needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our recovery services and promote pathways for individuals to access these services.
