An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert care and treatment for patients with alcohol and substance misuse issues.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individual care plans, and providing ongoing support to those at risk from alcohol-related health and social problems. You will also advise clinical staff on the management of patients experiencing acute alcohol and substance misuse withdrawal, including detoxification medication and vitamin prescribing.
