This is a full-time, term-time only position, working approximately 6 hours per day. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to individual students and small groups, helping them develop essential skills for their future education or employment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs
  • Safeguard students by following established policies and reporting any concerns to the relevant team
  • Assist with the physical, emotional, and educational needs of students, including personal care and mental health support
  • Supervise and support students with SEND in various learning environments, ensuring their safety and development
  • Plan, organize, and lead learning activities, tailoring them to meet the needs of each student
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals about student progress and well-being
