Property Management Director

Cater Shaw Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Manager to join our team. As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead a team of Property Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets and performing to the best of their ability.
- Daily Meetings: Conduct daily meetings with the Property Management team to discuss ongoing projects, address any issues, and set goals for the day.
- Performance Management: Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Compliance: Ensure that the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, including conducting regular property inspections and ensuring that all properties meet health and safety standards.
- Tenancy Management: Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues, and process deposit returns.
- Rental Arrears: Resolve rental arrears and process eviction requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Complaints: Manage complaints in a fair and professional manner, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Check In/Check Out: Complete all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Competitive Salary: Basic salary range of £28,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings: Minimum on-target earnings of £39,000 to £47,000 per annum.
- Company Car or Car Allowance: Company car or a monthly car allowance.
- Fixed Working Hours: Fixed working hours of 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays), with a day back in lieu.
