Property Management Director

Cater Shaw Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to join our team in Sheffield South Yorkshire. As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Property Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential lettings business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Property Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead daily meetings with the Property Management team to discuss ongoing projects and tasks
- Coach and develop team members to advance their careers
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance through regular one-to-one meetings
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies
- Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
- Process eviction requests and ensure all properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic IT skills
Cater Shaw Recruitment offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £36,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company car or monthly car allowance, 30 days annual leave, and industry-leading training.
