Property Management Manager - Sheffield South Yorkshire
Full-time Permanent Role
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to join our team in Sheffield South Yorkshire. As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Property Managers, leading daily meetings, and coaching the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Property Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the property management function.
- Lead daily meetings with the Property Management team to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs and ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
- Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.
- Ensure all properties meet regulatory health and safety standards and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings. You will need to have a full UK driving license for a manual vehicle and strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A minimum on-target earnings of £39,000 to £47,000 per annum.

- Fixed working hours of 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays), with a day back in lieu.
