Property Management Director

Cater Shaw Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to join our team in Sheffield South Yorkshire. As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Property Managers, leading daily meetings, and ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Property Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead daily meetings with the Property Management team to discuss progress and goals
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies, including conducting property inspections and negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
- Process eviction requests and ensure all properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
- Ability to create and maintain a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Basic IT skills
- Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Minimum on-target earnings of £39,000 to £47,000 per annum
- Company car or monthly car allowance
- Fixed working hours, with one in every four Saturdays off in lieu
