Job Title: Test Centre Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our team as a Test Centre Associate.

This part-time role offers flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays. You will have the opportunity to work across various operating days, from Monday to Saturday, and occasionally on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed candidate expectations
  • Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system
  • Maintain the security and integrity of tests
  • Supervise and invigilate tests
  • Explain the test process to candidates and address their queries
  • Review tests and schedules
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures
  • Evaluate test centre needs to ensure compliance with the Equality Act and diversity principles
  • Handle incidents that may impact candidate testing

About the Role:

As a Test Centre Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting candidates throughout the testing process.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence (not required for all locations)
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility in working hours and days
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with confrontational candidates

Salary: £11.50 per hour
