**About the Role:**

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is being offered for this exciting opportunity as a Community Social Services Coordinator with Ackerman Pierce Ltd.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our well-structured and organised team in Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding your team to support and empower residents to remain independent in their communities.

The successful candidate will have extensive skills and experience in social care, with a proven track record of providing solutions tailored to the needs of residents and promoting independence in everything they do.

In this role, you will work alongside Health and Social Care colleagues, liaise with key partners to facilitate improved provision of services, and be involved in developing integrated care local services.

**Requirements:**

  • HCPC Registration
  • 1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
