We are seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Assistant to join our client's team in Somerton, Somerset. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports using Sage accounting software
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
Requirements:
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based at our client's office in Somerton, with occasional travel to nearby locations.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including paid holidays and opportunities for professional development.
