About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Social Services Professional to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of the Neighborhood team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents by providing support and guidance to empower them to remain independent in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring solutions to meet the needs of residents, promoting independence, and working collaboratively with Health and Social Care colleagues. A strong understanding of the UK Social Care industry and relevant experience are essential for this role.

Requirements
To be considered for this Social Services Professional position, candidates must have 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry, HCPC Registration, and Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance. Eligibility to work in the UK is also required.
