Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Oyster Recruitment Limited. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
