About the Role:
This exciting opportunity requires a passionate and enthusiastic educational professional to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with teachers and support staff, and demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans to tailor educational activities and resources to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, offering additional explanations and assistance as needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching practices and ensure students achieve their full potential.
Salary: £92-£102 per day (dependent on experience), reflecting the competitive market rate for this role in London. With a strong emphasis on personal development and career progression, we offer a supportive and inclusive working environment that fosters growth and success.
