Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Act as the focal point for the entire employee journey, from recruitment to training and development.
  2. HR Project Management: Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with company objectives.
  3. Culture and Values: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes the company's values and mission.
  4. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment legislation and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the professional/financial services industry.
  • Ability to strategise and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
