About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of people initiatives and providing expert advice on talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of people initiatives, including talent development programs and succession planning.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management practices, including recruitment, selection, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address people-related risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of effective solutions for talent and succession management, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Act as an ambassador for behavioural and cultural change, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in talent management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented talent management solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 to £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
