Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at Pettigrew Recruitment Group. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the commercial department of a main contractor, working on bid proposals for various projects and fostering relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review weekly Glenigan reports and Council Planning Portals to identify potential projects of interest.
- Deliver Core Services on project bids, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from various stakeholders, including estimating, planning, construction management, commercial, contract, and delivery teams.
- Utilize Proposal automation software to streamline the proposal process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in bid coordination or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Proposal automation software.
