Are you a Bid Coordinator keen to put your skills to good use within the commercial department of a main contractor?

We are delighted to be working with a leading family owned construction company as they look to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join their team as part of their plan to secure a strong future pipeline of works. This role involves working on bid proposals for a variety of projects, fostering relationships with existing and new clients, and playing a vital role in our business growth.

Review weekly Glenigan reports & Council Planning Portals to highlight any projects of interest.

* Delivering Core Services on project bids.

* Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from estimating, planning, construction management, commercial, contract and delivery team.

* Utilising Proposal automation software, so experience using would be advantageous.
