HR Operations Manager

NHB Recruitment is working with a leading professional services firm to find a skilled employment engagement advisor. This role will involve working closely with the social and wellbeing teams to create and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Offer expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support managers with employee issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances across the business.
- Facilitate Tupe and integration processes for new businesses joining the group.
- Develop and maintain salary and job grading structures to support harmonization.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to prepare monthly payroll reports.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data.
This position requires supporting various aspects of HR, including training and development, recruitment, reward schemes, culture, wellbeing, conflict resolution, and data analysis. A CIPD qualification or experience working in HR is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Please submit your CV and salary requirements if you're interested.
