Job Summary

The Glasshouse is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, linen, and cleaning supplies to ensure optimal usage and minimize waste.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in housekeeping and guest services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
