Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity
The housekeeping team at Spire Edinburgh has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team.
Job Purpose:
To assist the Head Housekeeping in overseeing the housekeeping service, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital, in line with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping duties
- Manage key performance indicator figures
- Ensure completion of time sheets
- Maintain and develop a quality cleaning service with a focus on infection control
- Implement induction training in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate housekeeping cleaning records are kept
- Arrange holidays and sickness cover
- Maintain patient room folders
- Conduct mattress audits
- Complete E-Learning annually
- Undertake housekeeping duties as required
