Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our residential home, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook healthy meals for residents, taking into account individual dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
• Ensure all areas of the home, including bathrooms and common spaces, are clean and tidy at all times
• Liaise with management and staff to ensure daily chores are completed and maintenance issues are reported
• Use your initiative to identify areas that require cleaning and take action to address them
• Participate in deep cleans of the building as required or requested by management
• Promote the safeguarding of residents and work in accordance with our company's vision and aims
• Comply with health and safety requirements and company policies
• Undertake other duties as reasonably allocated by management

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
