About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Style Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Marriott International. As a Style Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
  • Update the status of room cleaning in our property management system
  • Prioritize the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure operational efficiency
  • Be a role model within the department, assisting the team to perform their role when required
  • Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
  • Train Room Attendants, Public Area, and Porters to become experts in their role
  • Supervise the daily operation of the Housekeeping department
  • Communicate and coordinate between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure any guest or maintenance issues are logged and resolved
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
  • Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows
  • Be a Marriott International brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent

Requirements

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Confidence interacting with guests
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal English
  • Previous experience working in five-star, luxury/lifestyle hotels
  • A positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for working in hospitality
