- United Kingdom**EQUANS are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. **This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,454.00 depending on skills and experience.**

**Shift Pattern: 6.30am - 2.30pm/12pm - 8pm on a 4 week shift basis.**

**What will you deliver?**

The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for the provision of a safe and timely
catering food service and the supervision of both
patient catering and retail catering teams at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

- Strong background and work experience in Catering management.- Demonstrates leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, people management, and a collaborative management style.
- Budget development and oversight experience.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Open to direction and commitment to get the job done

**This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential**
