About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store's administrative processes, including stock and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of administrative processes
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve excellent audit results
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the back and front of house
  • Identify and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies
  • Take ownership of your development and growth within the company

About You:

What's Next:
