About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Swift Confirmations Analyst to join our Treasury Operations team on a 6-month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the SWIFT system and managing all SWIFT traffic within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational system knowledge and procedural support to the team leader.
  • Ensure the SWIFT system is operational at all times and promptly report any issues.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming messages using the SATS system.
  • Assist with daily operations and activities outsourced from various EMEA offices.
  • Investigate FX/MM cash breaks and liaise with clients to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure timely confirmation of FX/MM deals booked in the name of the bank.
  • Identify and investigate mismatches, escalating as necessary.
  • Chase unmatched deals daily with clients.
  • Carry out all tasks in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in FX and Money Market settlements and confirmations.
  • Strong documentation skills for processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for management reporting.
  • Knowledge of FX (CLS), Money Laundering procedures, and cash break investigations.
  • Familiarity with the SWIFT system and RMA process.
