Job Description

As a key member of our high-performance team, you will support the delivery of business continuity, crisis management, risk management, and organisational resilience services to our clients. Our work spans various sectors, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical products, clean power, universities, charities, infrastructure, technology, and food.

  • You will join a dynamic team of consultants, working closely with the Head of Consultancy to deliver client projects.
  • Your responsibilities will include creating client documents, such as policies, business continuity plans, and risk registers.
  • You will also conduct research and develop exercise scenarios, supporting and delivering client project work.
  • Client engagement will involve conference calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To meet our requirements, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in risk, crisis management, business continuity, emergency response, or related organisational resilience fields.
  • The ability to spend up to 40% of your time travelling nationally and internationally.
  • An experienced driver with a valid UK or EU driving licence.
