Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Health Practitioner to join our Emotional Health and Resilience Service. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality services to children, young people, parents, carers, and families.

The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of a Band 6 Caseload Holder, contributing to the provision of services within the framework of the Healthy Child Programme and Best Start In Life priorities.

Main Duties of the Job

The Family Health Practitioner will be responsible for delivering the national and Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need, working in partnership with other agencies to meet agreed standards, objectives, and statutory requirements.
