Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Nurse to join our clinical team at Henshaws Specialist College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical training and education packages to meet the care needs of our students with a wide range of clinical needs.
Main Duties- Develop and deliver training packages for a variety of health/clinical needs and to both individuals and groups.
- Lead the clinical team in delivering high-quality research-based clinical training and education packages.
- Work as part of the wider clinical team to provide direct support to students with identified health needs and complete a range of nursing procedures when required.
- Line manage the Nurse Associate and/or the Nursing assistants, providing day-to-day support and organising the workload to ensure an effective service.

Person Specification- A Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN Number.
- Experience and good understanding of regulations and guidance around supervision and delegation of nursing care tasks consistent with Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable and to respond to changing needs.
- Experience in developing and delivering personalised holistic health and care plans.
