NJR Recruitment Careers are working exclusively with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory Firm based in Leeds. This highly ambitious, expanding, and technically astute team is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new business transactions efficiently
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and other third parties effectively
  • Manage and respond to Letters of Authority (LOAs) in a timely manner
  • Obtain valuations and illustrations as required by clients
  • Conduct research to support the existing arrangements

As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will be supporting experienced Advisers who provide High Net Worth Clients with complex advice on Pensions and Investments. You will also be involved in basic paraplanning and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as hybrid working, free onsite parking, study support, and more.
