Administrative Financial Services Manager

Xeinadin Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Financial Services Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with AAT Level 2 or above qualifications, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
You will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for individuals and companies, ensuring their financial success. This is a full-time office-based position that requires a strong passion for technology and accounting applications like Excel and Xero/Sage.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Xero and other ‘app stacks’ for clients to streamline their processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports, reconciling balance sheet and P&L accounts with precision.
- Prepare and post journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets to ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial data is up to date.
- Manage accounts payable (including expenses and credit cards) and accounts receivable, ensuring smooth cash flow.
- Prepare weekly and monthly supplier payments while overseeing credit control.
- Be proactive in finding ways to make our clients’ lives easier by helping their businesses grow through smart financial solutions.
Work Model:
- Office Based.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
